What payment methods do you accept?

We accepted all major debit and credit cards via Apple Pay, PayPal and Stripe.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once you have placed an order with us at you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order and payment.

What are the delivery costs?

Flat Shipping Rate UK: £2.99, selected countries in Europe £9.99, USA and Australia £15.99, and the Rest of World: £50.00 - this is set deliberately high due to the different sizes and weights of our products - please contact us for a quote for delivery to the rest of the world as we may be able to offer a better price.

Please note: delivery charges are not refundable in any case.

When will you dispatch my order?

Items purchased from us before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched within 3-5 working days from when payment has been received (excluding bank holidays).

When will I receive my order?

For UK addresses, you will receive your order up to 10 working days after we have dispatched the item. International deliveries will take longer.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you are in the UK and don't receive your order within 12 working days after dispatch, please contact us or if outside the UK please allow 20 days but please contact us via any of the contact details. Where do you deliver?

We deliver Worldwide, but if you are in a country outside of the UK we recommend getting in contact about delivery.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

In the extremely rare occasion that you have received a damaged item, firstly, we are very sorry to hear this. We fully check all items before we dispatch them to you. Please contact us regarding this matter.
